• Housing pre-load are added to prevent produce conductor rebound and Improve product reliability
• Shell spring is added and Contact with the customer’s panel to prevent the EMI phenomenon.
• The spring chamfers on top and bottom of shell are the prevention of spring above the product top and bottom when male and female plug together.
• RIB is added from Product shell tail to prevent floating when soldering.
• Product DIP tails are increased 0.50 mm & two slots are added on housing bottom to avoid tin cohere on shell tails to cause connector remove from PVC when soldering.
